Sale of $5 million Metzgar Estate in NYC to benefit Johnson Art Museum

The sale of cooperative apartment #14A/B, 815 Park Avenue, New York, New York will bring $5 million to the Edward Arthur Metzgar Fund which benefits the Johnson Art Museum. The property is the Estate of Edward Metzgar and consists of a two adjoined apartments of approximately 3,200 square feet, a basement area and a studio/terrace. The sale also represents 1,128 shares of stock in the cooperative apartment building at 815 Park Avenue.
