EAST HILL PLAZA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

Scope of Survey

  • Survey was taken of 248 Cornell office workers working at East Hill Plaza, Ithaca, New York during November 2005.
  • 163 surveys were returned (66%)
  • Responses were on a scale of 5 (Very Satisfied) to 1 (Very Dissatisfied).
  • Survey instrument used

 

Next Steps

Your input is very important to us.  Efforts to implement suggestions and fix problems will be listed here as plans are solidified.  Please check back frequently.  Changes to date based on survey input:

  • Feedback was given to Director of Transportation regarding improved bus service.  Any changes in bus service will likely occur simultaneously with completion of new office building to the rear of the Plaza.

  • Improvements to the rear hall are being made Jan - Mar 2006.  Work includes painting, carpeting, lowering the ceiling and installation of new lights.

  • Architect has been hired to investigate construction of shower facilities, to be located somewhere off the rear hallway.  Results will be finalized NLT March 2006.

  • Investigating new smoking area.
