Retail and Business Parks

The Real Estate Department currently owns and manages, via Ashley Property Management, the Cornell Business and Technology Park and East Hill Plaza. The Cornell Business and Technology Park consists primarily of high quality office and lab space, and East Hill Plaza consists of both administrative office and retail space. Both projects greatly benefit both the University as well as the surrounding community.
